Our gin and vodka are made with only organic ingredients and the fresh water that flows freely past our door at the foot of the Ben Rinnes mountain. They are gluten-free, vegan and delicious.

Proudly Scottish. At our distillery on the Glenrinnes Estate, we can point to our water source and trace the ingredients from every bottle of spirits we produce. Where we can’t sustainably grow or forage our own organic ingredients, we bring in the best from elsewhere. As both a consumer and a producer, we try to be responsible, sustainable and respectful in everything we do.

Our vodka is incredibly smooth and characterful. We use both barley and wheat grains and an unusual and time-consuming two-stage fermentation process to create a remarkable depth of flavour and an unforgettable spirit.

Where in the world would you most like to enjoy an Eight Lands drinking experience, and with whom?
The Eight Lands "Vodka Ritual" involves serving a frozen 60ml measure of our vodka with scones topped with clotted cream and jam. We wouldn't dream of telling you how to enjoy our spirits, however, we would urge you to consider giving this serve a try!

The all-natural and organic ingredients we use to produce our spirits are at the heart of every bottle of Eight Lands Vodka and Gin. This all starts with the Scottish water drawn from the Clashmarloch spring on the lowest slopes of Ben Rinnes, visible from the doors of our distillery. By distilling our spirits so close to the source of arguably our most important ingredient, we ensure the quality whilst greatly reducing any environmental impact associated with transporting our raw materials. It just so happens to also be the purest water in the world, making for a truly exceptional spirit.
