From red stags in the Cairngorms to Atlantic salmon in the River Spey, the home of Eight Lands is one of wild beauty. And we've got Scotland's nature to thank for our award-winning vodka and gin.

We take our time to craft the quality spirits your get-togethers deserve.

Made with pure Scottish water, drawn from the springs surrounding our family-owned distillery, every drop is filtered naturally through layers of mountain rock - giving it a purity that’s hard to beat.

Our vodka is made from organically grown barley and wheat, using a rare two-stage fermentation process. And our London Dry gin? Its exceptional flavour is a balance of ten botanicals, including native sorrel and cowberry, handpicked on our estate.

But, let’s be honest, you don’t drink Eight Lands to admire the process (though we think you’ll appreciate it). You drink it because of its wildly smooth Speyside character, that's too good not to share.

Our spirits are made from the heart, quite literally. Only the hearts are collected from the still to make the smoothest vodka and gin. But it runs much deeper than that.

From foraging botanical ingredients on our estate to extending a warm welcome at our distillery, our identity is infused with the essence of Scotland itself.
